Last Updated: April 7, 2026 Version: 1.0
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, installing, or using Srivexa (the "Service"), whether through our SaaS platform at www.srivexa.com, or through self-hosted deployment of our software, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Srivexa on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to use the Service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Srivexa ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India (Andhra Pradesh). They supersede all prior understandings, agreements, and negotiations regarding the use of the Service, whether written or oral. If you have entered into a separate written agreement with us regarding your use of Srivexa, that agreement will govern to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Srivexa is an enterprise-grade project management platform designed to help teams plan, track, and deliver work collaboratively. The Service provides features including task management, real-time collaboration, reporting, team workspaces, custom workflows, and integration with third-party tools. The Service is available in two deployment models: (1) as a hosted SaaS platform operated by the Company, and (2) as self-hosted software that you deploy and operate on your own infrastructure.
The Service includes web-based and mobile applications, APIs, documentation, and customer support. Feature availability may vary depending on your subscription plan, deployment model, and regional location. The Company continuously develops and updates the Service, and functionality, pricing, and terms may change at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to the Service as described in Section 15 (Changes to Terms).
3. Account Registration and User Responsibilities
To use Srivexa, you must create an account with a valid email address and choose a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree that any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, and to keep that information updated. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including those conducted by team members, collaborators, or anyone else to whom you grant access. For SaaS deployments, you may be responsible for managing team member access and enforcing account security policies. For self-hosted deployments, you are solely responsible for access control, user authentication, and all aspects of account management on your infrastructure.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use Srivexa only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict and inhibit the use and enjoyment of Srivexa by anyone else. You must not:
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of Srivexa, or which may harm the Company or users of Srivexa;
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or the Company's staff;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service;
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code or underlying algorithms of the Service (except for self-hosted deployments where you have explicit rights);
- Upload, post, or transmit malware, viruses, worms, or any other malicious code;
- Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to access or interact with the Service in violation of our API terms;
- Engage in any form of data scraping, data harvesting, or bulk data collection without authorization;
- Use the Service for competitive intelligence, benchmarking, or to develop competing products;
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
- Access or search the Service by any means other than publicly supported interfaces provided by the Company;
- Create accounts or use the Service under false pretenses or to impersonate another person or entity.
For SaaS deployments, the Company may monitor usage patterns and take immediate action to prevent abuse. For self-hosted deployments, you are responsible for enforcing these restrictions on your deployment. Any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. Subscription, Payment, and Refunds

You are responsible for paying all fees and taxes associated with your subscription.
5.2 Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance of the billing period. The Company may accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on the website. By providing payment information, you authorize the Company to charge your account for subscription fees and any applicable taxes. You do not own the Service; you have a right to use it as permitted by these Terms.
6.2 Your Data and Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to data, documents, projects, and content that you upload, create, or store in Srivexa ("Your Data"). By storing Your Data in Srivexa, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, backup, and transmit Your Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and as required by law.

For managed deployments of Srivexa, the Company commits to maintaining 99.5% uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control. Scheduled maintenance is typically performed during Sunday 2:00 AM – 6:00 AM IST and will be announced at least 7 days in advance. For self-hosted deployments, maintenance windows are the customer's responsibility.
8.2 Uptime Credits
If the Service is unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 4 hours within a calendar month, and this unavailability is caused by the Company's failure to maintain the committed SLA, you may be eligible for service credits. Service credits are the sole remedy for SLA breaches and are calculated as a credit equal to the pro-rata monthly subscription fee for the affected period. Credits must be claimed within 30 days of the outage.
8.3 Excluded Events
SLA commitments do not apply to: (a) downtime caused by scheduled maintenance; (b) network issues or internet provider failures; (c) distributed denial-of-service attacks or other malicious activities; (d) software updates you apply to self-hosted deployments; (e) issues with third-party services integrated with Srivexa; or (f) events beyond the Company's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Company, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Company may also terminate your account for inactivity, but will provide 30 days' notice before doing so, unless the termination is due to a violation of these Terms.
11.3 Data Deletion and Export
Upon account termination, Your Data will be retained in the Company's backup systems for [PLACEHOLDER: INSERT RETENTION PERIOD - e.g., "30 days"] to allow for data recovery. After this period, Your Data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You are responsible for exporting Your Data before account termination. The Company is not responsible for any loss of data resulting from account termination.
For self-hosted deployments, you maintain exclusive control of Your Data and are responsible for backup and recovery.
